The length of the section between the interchanges is 6.25 km, including three overpasses.
The Jastrebarsko Interchange retains its major traffic function in daily commuting of the population from the surrounding area until the Donja Zdenčina Interchange opens to traffic.
Construction of the Donja Zdenčina Interchange is a prerequisite to activation of the Klinča Sela Municipality, which is of great importance for the development of the municipality as well as for the City of Zagreb and the Zagreb County.
The Donja Zdenčina interchange is planned with a toll plaza which connects to the road network of the Republic of Croatia via local road marked Ž3106.

Due to a traffic accident, which happened at the 234th km of A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway, at Sredanci rest area in direction Lipovac only one road lane is free.
