| NOTIFICATION FOR "ISLAND ETC" USERS |

We would like to inform our users that as of 1st August 2012, all “Island ETC” devices, from the existing postpaid system, system of subsequent invoicing for all travelled motorway sections, will be transferred to prepaid system.
Prepaid system refers to toll paid in advance to a prepaid account tied to an ETC device that the users will be using for toll payment.
All users of "Island ETC" will, pursuant to the Island Act, still be entitled to free usage of ETC devices on passing the Krk Bridge, solely by the vehicle listed, according to registration card, in our data base, whereas they will have to pay toll on other motorway sections operated by Autocesta Rijeka – Zagreb d.d. and Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. according to price lists in force with price discount for ETC device users.
ARZ system will automatically block all "Island ETC" devices until a minimum amount payment is made. Minimum amount of one-time payment to the user account is HRK 100.00.
Payments to user accounts can be made in authorized ARZ points of sale (by cash, credit and debit cards, payment slip or e-banking). When making a payment the order payment should be filled out as follows:
- To the credit of: Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d.
- Account number: 2340009-1510137367
- Amount you would like to pay to the account: xxx,xx
- Reference number: ETC device number or user account number
- Purpose: ETC device additional payment

| Novigrad Interchange Open to Traffic |

Novigrad Interchange on the Rijeka-Zagreb motorway together with the access road from the Novigrad Interchange to Netretić, 5.34 km long, were formally opened at a ceremony, and the Interchange will be open to traffic for all users at 6 p.m.
This traffic link will have significant influence on everyday quality of Croatian citizens, as well as to numerous citizens of the neighbouring Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its wider significance refers to the fact that this section is on the shortest link between Central Europe and the Adriatic Coast. It enables a reliable link of Slovenia and wider area to the A1 motorway towards Split and A6 motorway towards Rijeka, said Zdenko Antešić, Deputy Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure.
Renata Brunskole, Vice President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia pointed out that she expects that better traffic links of Novo Mesto and Metlika with a reliable Croatian motorway network will result in better economic and tourist cooperation.

Pursuant to Article 31, paragraph 3 of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette no. 150/2011), regarding Article 14, paragraph 2 of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. Articles of Association, on the session held on 25th May 2012, the Government of the Republic of Croatia made the Conclusion - Class: 080-02/12-01/185, ref. no.: 5030115/1-12-05 with the proposal to the Supervisory Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. to appoint Mr. Alen Kruhak Member of the Managing Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d.
On the 3rd session of the Supervisory Board held on 5th June 2012, Mr. Alen Kruhak was appointed Member of the Managing Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d.
