In February 2008 ARZ established the User Forum. The establishment of this body complies with commitments and awareness of the ARZ Managing Board and its employees that the user is always in the centre of our attention.

User Forum is conceived as a body consisting of representatives of direct motorway users, representatives of the ARZ Managing Board and the two ARZ subsidiaries. In line with this, members of the User Forum are, beside the representatives of ARZ, a representative of the Croatian Automobile Club (HAK), a representative of the Transport Association in the Croatian Association of Employers and a representative of the Croatian Association of Tolled Motorways Concessionaires (HUKA)

The User Forum meets at least two times a year, and discusses the level and improvement of the service quality, the amount and acceptability of the toll for motorway users, satisfaction of users with maintenance and condition of the motorway, and other important issues of interest to the motorway users related to motorway maintenance and toll collection.

Decisions of the User Forum are made in form of conclusions, i.e. recommendations of advisory character. The subsidiaries shall consider any reasonable conclusion or recommendation by the User Forum.
