The Orehovica – Sv. Kuzam Section is 6.36 km long. This section is a part of the eastern section of Rijeka Bypass. It is situated between the Orehovica and Sv. Kuzam Interchanges, between which there is also the Draga Interchange. The section is a part of the A7 motorway.
Rijeka-Zagreb motorway is linked to the Rijeka Bypass via this section at the Orehovica Interchange, the port of Rijeka and the city centre at the Draga Interchange, and the Adriatic main road at the sv. Kuzam Interchange.
Due to the very demanding terrain on the alignment 19 structures were built on the main alignment, and 2 tunnels, 2 pedestrian passages, 1 pedestrian crossing and 2 underpasses were built on the toll barriers on the interchanges.
The Orehovica – Sv. Kuzam Section has many natural treasures, and the most important are Mali bok – Koromačna and Fojiška – Podpredošćica, both special reserves.
This section is not tolled.
