Pursuant to Article 15 and 16 of the Articles of Association of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d., on 23rd December 2014, the Managing Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. adopted the following

D E C I S I O N
on the cancellation of anonymous users with commercial ETC devices and ETC packages
with obligatory personalization no later than 30th April, 2015


1. Possibility to use ARZ ETC devices by anonymous users of commercial ETC devices and ETC packages who use the ARZ ETC device for toll payment shall be limited to the period up to April 30th 2015 at 24.00 hrs, if these users do not register or personalize their ETC devices till the specified time in the system of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d.

2. Registration and personalization of anonymous ARZ ETC users is done through Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. points of sale on the day after the day when the completed application form with all the necessary data and personally signed by an anonymous user is received.

3. In the period from 1st May 2015 until the registration or personalization of anonymous users of commercial ETC devices and ETC packages the use of ARZ ETC devices of anonymous users will be disabled (temporary blockade) for passage on the motorways and tolled structures within the authority of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. regardless of the funds available on the user accounts.

4. This Decision shall be published on the website of the Company, toll stations and Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. points of sale.

SIGNING CONTRACTS ON ALLOCATING GRANTS
  27.11.2014.
On 21 November 2014, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure held a signing of 21 contracts on allocating the grants which will be co-financed from EU funds. These funds will be invested in drawing together of the preparatory documents (through the Operational Programme for Transport 2007 – 2013) for the first time for the projects in road, sea, air and regional traffic which the companies under the authority of the Ministry, port authority, airport and county roads administration will use to apply the projects for the construction of transport infrastructure for the EU funds (2014 -2020).

Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. signed two contracts on grant allocation for the following projects:

- Project of D6 state road relocation, from Novigrad Interchange to Lišnica-Karlovačka County

Feasibility study preparation for the project “Relocation of D6 state road, from Novigrad Interchange to Lišnica-Karlovačka County”. The project aims to develop a feasibility study which includes cost-benefit analysis for the project, as a prerequisite for the development of the region, removing bottlenecks, facilitating cross-border traffic, for the purpose of increasing the readiness of the project to apply for co-financing from the EU funds. The project will be implemented by 15 November 2015.

- Master Plan for the development of transport infrastructure on the Zagreb-Karlovac section as a prerequisite for the development of the region

The project aims to develop a feasibility study which includes the cost-benefit analysis and the environmental impact study for the project "Master Plan for the development of transport infrastructure on the Zagreb – Karlovac section" as a prerequisite for the development of the region as to increase the quality of project preparedness to apply for co-financing from the European structural and investment funds for the period 2014 - 2020. The project will be implemented by 15 July 2016.

Justifiability: The busiest section in the Republic of Croatia and an integral part of the Mediterranean corridor within the TEN-T transport network. It connects the EU corridors with SE Europe and is a key corridor towards Istria and Dalmatia. The project will resolve the key issues relating to regional and local integration, public transport, bottlenecks, environmental issues and create preconditions for strengthening the economy by adapting to the needs and LSG projects on the section.

Mandatory use of winter driving equipment on winter sections of the motorway
  13.11.2014.
Pursuant to the Decision on mandatory use of winter driving equipment on public roads’ winter sections in the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette no. 145/2013), mandatory use of winter driving equipment on public roads’ winter sections in the Republic of Croatia is prescribed in the period from 15 November 2014 to 15 April 2015.

Winter motorway sections:
A1 Zagreb (Lučko Interchange, A3) – Karlovac – Bosiljevo – Maslenica Interchange
A2 GP Macelj (Slovenia, border crossing) – Trakošćan – Krapina – Zagreb (Jankomir Interchange, A3)
A3 GP Bregana (Slovenia, border crossing) – Zagreb – Sl. Brod – GP Bajakovo (Serbia, border crossing)
A4 GP Goričan (Hungary, border crossing) – Varaždin – Zagreb (Ivanja Reka Interchange, A3)
A5 Osijek Interchange – Đakovo – Sredanci Interchange (A3)
A6 Bosiljevo 2 Interchange (A1) – Delnice – Rijeka (Orehovica Interchange, A7)

Hereby we would like to appeal to all motorway users not to set out on their journey during winter conditions without appropriate winter driving equipment.

NEW MEMBER - PRESIDENT OF SUPERVISORY BOARD

Pursuant to the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and due to the resignation of Mrs. Melita Raukar to the position of the President and member of the Supervisory Board, new member, Mrs. Renata Blažević, was voted into the Supervisory Board by the General Assembly of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. on 29th September, 2014.

At its constitution session held on 6th October 2014, the Supervisory Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. voted Mrs. Renata Blažević President of the Supervisory Board.

Consequently, on 6th October 2014, the Supervisory Board of Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. is active in the following composition:
- Renata Blažević, President
- Krunoslav Šams, Deputy President
- Mladen Efendić, Member, workers’ representative.

Please be advised that on July 23, 2014 the Supervisory Board of Autoceste Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. at its 5th meeting made the resolutions to change the title "Director of the Company" Mr Josip Šala into "President of the Management Board" as well as to appoint Ms Slavica Grđan, based on the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, as a Member of the Management Board.

Subsequently, the Management Board of the company Autoceste Rijeka-Zagreb d.d. now consists of:
