The length of the section between the interchanges is 8.2 km, including the viaducts: Konj (52 m), Čičave (304 m), Veliki Svib (385 m), Mali Svib (218 m), Melnik (146 m) and Bukovo (385 m) - a total of 1.49 km of structures amounting to 18.2% of the total section’s length. Two underpasses connect Kikovica and Kamenjak on different sides of the motorway.
Both carriageways have an additional lane for slow vehicles, since the longitudinal grade of the carriageway amounts to 4%.
This section was opened to traffic as a single carriageway in 1982, and as a full profile motorway in November 2007.

Due to a traffic accident, which happened at the 234th km of A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway, at Sredanci rest area in direction Lipovac only one road lane is free.
