|
The length of the section between the interchanges is 11.49 km, including 4.08 km of structures that is 35.5% of the length of the section. Next to the Drežnik Viaduct (2485 m), the longest viaduct on Rijeka-Zagreb Motorway route, there are also viaducts Velika Jelsa (207 m), Katušin (161 m) and Dobra (406 m), the Dobra Bridge (560 m), and the Sv. Marko Tunnel (260 m). Among smaller structures, two overpasses and three underpasses were constructed.
The section was opened to traffic in full motorway profile in 2001, and it bypasses the city of Karlovac.

Due to a traffic accident, which happened at the 234th km of A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway, at Sredanci rest area in direction Lipovac only one road lane is free.
